About these terms

These terms apply when you register for and attend a course run by Future Institute Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202650573R). By completing your registration and payment, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Notice.

Registration and payment

Registering your interest is free and does not reserve a place. To register for a course, contact us on WhatsApp through the details on our Contact Us page. Our team will share the available sessions and payment instructions. Your place is confirmed only after you have registered for a specific session, paid the course fee and received our confirmation. Places are subject to availability.

Course fees are payable in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. The fee, accepted payment methods and payment deadline will be shown to you before you pay. Use only payment instructions issued through our official channels.

Refunds and rescheduling

Course fees are non-refundable once your registration is confirmed. If you miss a session because of illness, injury, a family emergency or another situation beyond your control, you may ask to reschedule by providing supporting proof within 3 days. Each registration includes one free reschedule; further reschedules cost an S$30 administration fee, and the rescheduled session must be completed within 3 months. Who our courses are for

Our courses are designed for adults. Learners under 18 years old need written consent from a parent or guardian before registering.

Attendance and certificates

Please arrive on time and attend all sessions. If you will be late or absent, let us know as soon as possible. Where a course includes a Certificate of Completion, it is issued after you complete the course.

Health and safety in hands-on courses

Some beauty courses involve practising techniques on yourself and on other learners. Before class, please tell your trainer about any skin condition, injury, allergy, recent cosmetic or medical procedure, pregnancy or other health condition that may affect your participation. You may decline to have any technique practised on you. The trainer may ask a learner not to take part in an activity where it may not be suitable.

Our courses are educational. They do not diagnose or treat any condition, and results vary from person to person. If you have any doubt about your suitability, please check with a doctor before attending.

Course changes

We may need to change a course date, time, venue or trainer. We will tell affected learners as early as possible. If a change does not suit you, the options in our Refund Policy apply.

Course materials, photos and recordings

Course materials are provided for your personal learning only. Please do not copy, share or sell them without our written permission. To protect everyone's privacy, do not photograph, film or record a class without the consent of the trainer and the learners involved.

We may take photographs and videos during classes, including group photos, and use them on our website, social media and advertising. If you do not wish to appear in them, please tell us before or during the class and we will make sure you are not included.

Learner conduct

Please treat trainers, staff and other learners with respect and follow reasonable instructions, including hygiene and safety instructions. We may ask a learner to leave a session if their behaviour is unsafe, abusive or seriously disrupts learning.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care in running our courses. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to class, or for indirect losses, except where the law does not allow us to limit our responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Feedback, concerns and disputes

Please send feedback or concerns through the details on our Contact Us page, including your course and booking information, so we can look into the matter. We will try to resolve any concern with you directly. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you register applies to your registration.
